Hi
Can you possibly help me with a problem on my Grandmothers house, she lives in Chepstow and the door wont lock properly. We don't actually live in Chepstow we are located in Devon i wondered if it was possible you could do the work on her house and we could send you payment from here as we have power of attorney over the accounts. She has carers in every day so access would not be a problem ?

We have looked extensively at this problem last year as this came up on a few occasions and just before Christmas 2018 we launched our new locksmith services for the elderly service which you can view on our main web site to deal with this common problem. Elderly relatives often have no one in the immediate area to be present whilst the work or repair is carried out. This ensures that the work is carried out to a good standard and at a fair price and can be inspected before payment is made by a relative. We believe this service to be extremely valuable and unique for relatives of people who live in the Chepstow and Caldicot and surrounding areas in that it allows for work to be carried out and paid for at a later date by bacs transfer or posting a cheque to us.
